my own portable viewer. It's simple and very fast.

The source is available either at github (http://github.com/delamonpansie/jplot) or at the project page (http://unformed.ru/jplot) Also I provide screenshot and precompiled windows binary at the project page.

Hope this is will be useful.
PS: Current version also support KOSMIK dat files.
